Hey Listen is a voice AI assistant for restaurants that picks up the phone whenever your team can’t, during service, late at night and on weekends, and handles reservations in natural conversation. It is built for the DACH region and supports restaurants in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

How does Hey Listen work with Resos?

Hey Listen connects to Resos through your API key and keeps Resos as the single source of truth:

• It reads your opening hours and live availability directly from Resos.
• During the call it captures the reservation and writes the booking back to your Resos dashboard via the API.
• Guest confirmations go out through Resos’s own SMS notifications, not a separate third-party tool.

That means no missed-call bookings, no manual transcription, and no double data entry.

How do guests get their booking confirmation?

Through Resos’s own SMS notifications. Hey Listen writes the booking into Resos, and Resos sends the confirmation, so the guest experience matches your other reservations.

Does Hey Listen need Resos API access?

Yes. It connects with a Resos API key (API access is a paid add-on on any paid plan) and writes bookings back to your dashboard automatically.
