Here’s a list of the improvements we added recently to our notification setup:

  • Added new notifications to the system
    • Clearer notifications about payments to avoid customers misunderstanding the status of the booking
    • Notification about a booking has been deleted if payment expired.
    • Notification about a booking if it has been moved (time or day)
  • Improved the text on all notifications as well as shortened SMS messages
  • Improved design on notifications. Now we send HTML emails with custom design
  • Attached calendar invitation to emails
  • Custom texts can be defined separately for email and SMS notifications to improve your communication with guests
  • Email notifications if your plan is upgraded
