Open a new event, set the date or recurrence, the seat count, the ticket price, and any custom fields you need (dietary, drink pairing, dress code). Choose whether it lives on your public booking page or behind a private link. That’s the setup. From the guest’s side, it looks like any other booking on your site – clean, branded, on-brand. From your side, it looks like any other reservation in the dashboard, with the price and ticket count attached.

Take payment before they sit down

Up-front payment is the part that changes the maths on events. Guests who pay when they book commit harder, drop out less, and free up a seat early enough for someone else to claim it if plans change. You set the policy: full ticket, deposit, refundable up to 24 hours, non-refundable. Resos handles the charge through your existing payment setup. There’s no separate Stripe account to wrangle and no manual reconciliation at the end of the night.

Tied to the rest of your system
