What is First Table?
Connect your resOS booking system with the First Table platform. This integration allows First Table to display your real-time availability directly on their platform. When guests book through First Table, the booking is automatically created in your resOS system.
With the First Table integration, you can attract a new wave of guests – on average, 80% of bookings made through First Table across the UK are from first-time diners at that restaurant. This means you’re not just filling seats, you’re reaching brand-new customers at the exact day and time you want them.
Once activated, resOS will send your API key and restaurant details to the First Table team to help you set up the integration on their platform.

Setup required to activate
To activate the First Table integration, you’ll need to complete two steps:
- Enable the API feature in resOS
- Go to your resOS account settings and activate the API feature.
- This allows external platforms like First Table to sync bookings with your resOS system.
- Generate an API key
- Once the API feature is active, create an API key in resOS.
- This unique key will be shared with the First Table team so they can connect your restaurant to their platform and start sending bookings directly into your resOS calendar.
When both steps are complete, resOS will securely send your API key and restaurant details to First Table, and the integration will be live.
Note: The First Table integration is currently available only in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
