Mailchimp integration

Send newsletters and updates to all your clients using resOS’ integration with MailChimp.
Mailchimp gives you the ability to create and manage mailing lists, newsletters, automated campaigns, and more. To put it simply, it gives you full control and transparency over your email marketing efforts.

How Mailchimp can help you

Whether you want to send newsletters, updates, or promotion codes to a list of your clients, it doesn’t have to be a manual and time-consuming process. By integrating your resOS account with Mailchimp, you can easily set up bulk emails using the world’s leading email marketing software!

Mailchimp can import your clients from your resOS account, and you are straightaway able to initiate your first campaign. You do not need to have any coding knowledge to design beautiful, personalized newsletters, as Mailchimp tailors all that for you. You only have to choose one of their prebuilt templates and customize the content using their user-friendly web builder. After you do your part, emails will be ready right away, or you can schedule them to go out at any time you want.

Many of our users at resOS are already successfully implementing MailChimp integration into their businesses. By sending newsletters and updates, they remind clients of their excellent offers and encourage them to book or order from them more often!

You can do the same! Activate the Mailchimp integration in your resOS account and start making the best out of the communication with your clients, which can be both professional and personal.

What you need to get started with Mailchimp

You do not have to be tech-savvy to integrate Mailchimp to your resOS account efficiently. To get started, simply head to your apps and activate the Mailchimp app. After activating, head into the Mailchimp settings and follow the prompts.

First, authenticate your Mailchimp account with resOS by following the link. After logging in on the Mailchimp site with your account, you’ll be redirected back to your settings with some new fields. Here, select which audience to send new customers to, choose if the “opt-in for newsletter” button should be shown to customers creating bookings and orders, and if this button should be checked by default. Finish up by clicking save.

You can also add new customers to your Mailchimp audience in the booking form, when creating new bookings. Simply switch on “Receive newsletter” and the customer will be automatically added to your selected audience. Additionally, you can see if a customer is subscribed to the newsletter by heading to their customer details. There’ll be a “subscribed” label, with the date they were subscribed at and a link to their Mailchimp customer profile.
