We’re back with some thrilling updates that are all set to make your resOS experience even more seamless and efficient. We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we’re excited to roll out these new features that are sure to bring a smile to your face. Let’s dive in!

Product update - minor fixes

1. More control over your customer database 

We understand how important it is to manage your customer database effectively. That’s why we’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to remove customers from your database directly. This means more control and less clutter for you!

2. Streamlining the booking flow: 📩 Hide the message field 

To make your booking process smoother, we’ve added an option in the booking settings to disable the message field. This means no more back-and-forth messages during the booking process. Instead, encourage your customers to give you a call for any changes or special requests. Simple and efficient!

3. Clearer booking messages

We’ve tweaked the booking messages for a clearer understanding. Now, if a customer makes changes to their booking through Google, you’ll see RwG (Reserve with Google) instead of the generic system. This small change is set to make a big difference in avoiding any confusion.

4. Host grand feasts with ease: Welcome up to 350 guests

Planning for large events just got easier! You can now add up to 350 people in a single booking, a significant jump from the previous limit of 100. More guests, more fun!

5. Accommodate more guests per 🕒 Interval 

We’ve also increased the maximum number of guests per interval to 250, up from 200. This means you can serve more happy customers in your preferred time slots.

6. Enhanced 🔒 security for bookings 

Your security is our priority. We’ve implemented measures to prevent bookings from being made in the past through old links. This ensures that your booking process stays current and error-free.
