Bookings for groups often involve more than one organizer. From today, every booking can carry up to three SMS contacts, and confirmation, reminder, and cancellation messages go to all of them.
How it works
In the booking form, expand Contacts and add up to three numbers. Each contact can have a name and a role (Organiser, Co-host, Notes-only). The Notes-only role receives the booking summary but no editable links.
Existing single-contact bookings keep working exactly as before – the additional fields are optional.
