A batch of notification improvements: clearer payment messages, move and cancellation alerts, shorter SMS, HTML email designs, and separate custom texts for email and SMS.
Here’s a list of the improvements we added recently to our notification setup:
- Added new notifications to the system
- Clearer notifications about payments to avoid guests misunderstanding the status of the booking
- Notification when a booking has been deleted because payment expired
- Notification when a booking has been moved (time or day)
- Improved the text on all notifications and shortened SMS messages
- Improved design on notifications, now sent as HTML emails with custom design
- Attached calendar invitations to emails
- Custom texts can be defined separately for email and SMS notifications to improve your communication with guests
